Unwritten runs an investor syndicate! 

Some of y’all know this already, but it’s always better to be clear.

So… Unwritten Capital partners with great emerging real estate managers and we run a syndicate to invest in those platforms.  

It’s an exciting time to be playing at the intersection of real estate and tech.  

The markets for both have picked up steam in 2025. 2026 looks to be even better. 

Around these here parts, we see tons of opportunities across property type and geography.

Our most recent investment was real estate equity for a fix & flip platform. We’ll have more on why we like the business and operator in a future post! 

The pipeline we’re evaluating spans high alpha residential plays, child care facilities, outdoor hospitality, convenience stores, and others.  

The through line is great real estate made better by a next generation operating business.

We are excited to pursue those and to share them with like minded investors.
